Professional Experience

1) Worked withEthihad Petrochemical fzc as a Chemical Engineer / Project Engineer.

(August 2014 to November2014)( This project was stopped temporarily due to financial

problems)

Ethihad Petrochemicalis coming up with new project in hamryahfree zone (Client)

i. Oil Storage terminal for storage of petroleum product like Base Oil, Diesel,

Naphtha, Kerosene, condensate, Fuel Oil, Crude Oil, and Bitumen

with capacity of 100,000 MT.

ii. Lubricants and other petroleum products Blending Plant.

iii. Vacuum Distillation Plant for recycle of used engine oil.

2) Worked with Dure oil middleeast est. Abu Dhabi as a production in charge and plant

engineer (23 June2012- 31 July 2014).

I have operated used engine oil re-refinery which gave me a great professional

insight in chemical engineering aspects.

In this plant base oil (SN 150, SN500),Diesel,etc..recovery from Used engine oil by

Wiped film evaporation method.

Job Profile

Performing tasks as per superior instructions and operating the integrated production

and process facilities in safe and sensible manner.

Control Plant operation and assign process parameters according to production in

DCS system (SCADA).

Report routine checks performed as per the plant standards by Plant Operators to

plant manager.

Efficient action to control emergencies and ensuring high level safety during activities.

Give instruction to plant operators for daily checking and observations of plant

utilities and other equipments.

Give instruction to plant operators in Startup and Shutdown.

Make daily production and inventory reports.

compliance towards stated procedures at different stages of operations.

Ensure safe handling of all chemicals, raw materials and products and proper use

of PPE during testing and chemical handling as defined in procedures and test

methods.

ASTM test methods.

To ensure all quality checks, testing, validation and cross verifications on products

at all stages of process as per defined guidelines, procedures and work

instructions.

3) Worked with Gas Authority of India Limited (GAIL) as Plant Engineer / Field Engineer on

I have operated Liquefied Petroleum Gas Processing Plant which gave me a great

professional insight in chemical engineering aspects.

In this plant Liquefied Petroleum Gas recovery from Natural Gas by fractional

distillation, the light ends containing methane and ethane are routed as lean gas and

the heavier hydrocarbons (Natural Gas Liquid- NGL) from the LPG column bottom

routed to cracking unit.
