I drove a Tanker, deliver LP Gas as well as maintain plant and vehicle equipment and inventory. I operated trucks, pumps and other LP gas related equipment. Install regulators, tanks and repair LPG systems, ordered supplies and parts. Provide customer service, sales, and consultation in the office and in the field!

11/00-11/02& 05/09-09/11 Maintenance Technician, Central East Alcohol & Drug Council

I was responsible for Maintenance, Repairs and renovations of approximately 12 Commercial and residential properties in Mattoon and Charleston. This included but not limited to HVAC, Mechanical Systems, Vehicles,

grounds and landscaping, interacting with clients as well as independent contractors.

04/08-05 /09 Maintenance Supervisor, Lincoln Springs resort I was responsible for maintenance and supervision of maintenance staff, all phases of building and grounds maintenance. Operate heavy Equipment, Monitor water treatment plant. Maintain restaurant equipment, Construction and maintenance of Graywood Group homes and other properties as well. I worked with outside contractors to insure proper and cost efficient repairs of Equipment and facilities. I also Helped with customers for special events.

Responsible for spotting trailers, pulling orders, loading and securing oversize glass on double drop and flatbed trailers as well as light maintenance of equipment, transporting tractors and trailers to and from the repair shop for repairs. This was at the PPG glass plant in MT. Zion, IL.

10/04 --06/06 Owner, Creative Maintenance Solutions I did all types of commercial and residential property maintenance and repair including renovating rental properties. My business was supplemented with contract work for various companies as Maintenance or industrial mechanic, warehouse shipping receiving. I was responsible for all customer service, contract labor, estimates and billing, collections and all phases of operations. I also did REO property inspections, site inspections, and security and business verifications.

09/03-10/04 Driver, Werner Enterprises

I drove a 53 ft dry van delivering cabinets for shrock in Arthur, IL. to lumber yards and contractors anywhere in the Midwest and northeast US. This was a route driver on a huge scale, with 18 to 30 stops per load all of which I was responsible for unloading. This also involved customer service dealing with corporations and customers.

1982-2000, I went to college after the military.. Auto Mechanic, Service Advisor, Service Manager, Fleet Account Manager, Store Manager for Montgomery Ward and Goodyear. I worked in warehouse shipping/ receiving for Temp agencies between 1997 &1999. Worked at Rural King as Retail Dept. Head 1996 to 1997. Sales and Management in various fields.

I was a warehouse associate, Loader/ Material handler for AFG glass plant for 4 years.
