units in Korea to support its business process. The project was considered to use its SAP hardware

landscape of its Parent Company, Tata Motors Limited, in Pimpri, India.

Project Detail : The objective of the project is to build a robust ERP system and integrate with its parent company TML

India SAP application. The Project is implemented on onsite/offshore delivery model and ASAP

methodology is used. It’s a green field project and all business processes are transformed into SAP

applications. The majors processes are Production Planning & forecasting, Purchase to Pay, Order to

Cash, Quality Assurance, Plant Maintenance, Finance & Control and HR.
