Drove annual saving of US $ 2 mn by leading alternate sourcing, value analysis and basic engineering study

Led procurement of material (engineering spares) and services (contracts) for Hazira Petrochemical plant (annual value of US$150 million) by managing end-to-end purchase operations, liaising with 5 Government agencies.
