Store Manager Customer Service Center, Jacksonville, FL: 2013 - Present

Acted as interim manager in the Lake/Orlando market 5 months until a permanent manager was hired for that location. While in the Lake/Orlando market, I continued the coaching and development of the Sales Consultants of that market. While managing the Lake/Orlando market their monthly sales average increased monthly and their overall positive revenue for Comcast increased from an average of $3,000 monthly to over $28,000 monthly. While running both markets I ensure that all Sales Consultants were operating by the codes and ethics of Comcast. The Sales Consultants were coached and performance managed to the expectations set for them in there position. Completed corrective actions on Sales Consultants who were not performing to Comcast standards.

Assisted in the “Back to School” event in Tallahassee providing additional mangement services and on the spot coaching of Sales Consultants. Assisted leadership in the implementation of the 4 walls culture. Completed the “Tally Walk” in the stores where leadership directed. Coached the managers in those locations around the expectations of their associates and their store.

Coached the Sales Consultants weekly to ensure they were performing to the level that is expected. Completed the “Aging Unit Report” for the North Florida Market weekly and reported the findings of that report to my direct leadership for review and analisys. Assisted with the Bulk Service department, managing multiple events providing customer service for the on site events. Coordinated with multiple CSC and Xfinity stores throughout Jacksonville to provide Sales Consultants for the bulk events.

Comcast Connection Center, Tennessee: 2010 – 2013

Connection Specialist inside the Murfreesboro Tennessee Best Buy. Contacted customers throughout the store, offered Comcast service to new and current customers. Worked with the staff of the store to ensure a successful partnership between Comcast and Best Buy.

Promoted to store lead in 2011. Updated store MAP weekly to coach the associate working with me at the Best Buy location.
