Key Responsibilities:

Co-ordinating in collecting the basic data for the improvement plans.

Working on improvement plans.

Discussing about the feasibility of the design and plan.

Basic designing like grading, water, sewer, paving, storm water management plans, signing and striping plans, Exhibits, improvement plans, design - feasibility study and their execution.

Each layout is thoroughly planned in regards to model and construction phasing, retention requirements and existing grading conditions. Creating exhibit drawings for preplat and final plat as per Client’s and City’s requirements. Estimating Earthwork by generating surfaces. Creation of Sections and details, cover sheets by emphasizing on key aspects and aesthetic importance.

Preparing a preliminary plat as required by the Town. The pre-plat will set forth the lot dimensions, open space requirements, preliminary utility design, preliminary grading and drainage design, preliminary drainage reports, etc.

Civil Improvement Plans for the Streets and Mass Grading: Preparing civil improvement plans that will include the establishment of locations, grades and profiles for the streets, sewer lines and storm drain. The plans will include a grading and drainage plan for the entire site to establish pad and finished floor elevations on the lots. A drainage report for the parcel will also be included. Also preparing paving plans, sewer plans and water plans, to show the location of water lines, water meters, fire hydrants, etc. Plans will be prepared and submitted for approval as one phase to the corresponding municipality.

Final Plat: Preparing a final plat as required by the Town. The final plat will consist of computing the bearings and dimensions of all lots, tracts and streets, adding dedication and acknowledgment statements as required by the title company and the City. The final plat will be submitted for approval through the City subdivision review process.

Worked on Stormcad in generating storm drain profiles and reports.

Generating soils reports, FIRM Map, parcel information using the internet technology for different counties and cities.

Planning of Parking facilites and parking calculation for commercial and semi-residential projects.

Creating drainage exhibits, vicinity exhibit, onsite and offsite condition analysis, reports, preliminary search of data for project, analysis of offsite impact on the project.
