January 2012 to June 2015. Yates Constructors, Birmingham, AL
Project Manager. Ticonderoga, NY. Provide project support for CNG unloading station and installation of
new power boiler burners. Support the replacement of generator bank tubes of the power boiler.
Project Manager. West Point, Va. Provide project support for white liquor clarifier repairs and lime kiln
turning ring replacement.
Site Manager. Perry, Florida. Oversee staff of 80 salaried and 270 craftsmen providing:
Engineering support
for capital projects, site maintenance and major maintenance work. Performed first cold mill outage in 9
years with a total of 850 craftsmen over 14 days. Major work included 300+ valve replacements, new
headbox, brownstock washer, 2nd press installation, wet end rebuild and routine annual outage work.
Concurrently, support a recovery boiler outage replacing 2 tube walls. Provide 24/7 coverage for mill
maintenance requirements as well as ongoing capital projects.
Project Manager. Campti, LA. Provide professional constructability services for the development
of FEL3 for the installation of a new pulping line, PV for dryer section #6 and modifications to #2 pulping
line. Define the implementation plan scope to the detail required to support the expectations of accuracy of
the project FEL3 document. Provide execution plan and detailed schedule including manloading curve,
tooling and equipment requirements..
Project Manager. Mansfield, LA. Provide professional constructability services for the development
of FEL3 for the PM1 wet end rebuild project. Define the implementation plan scope to the
detail required to support the expectations of accuracy of the project FEL3 document. Provide execution
plan and detailed schedule including manloading curve, tooling and equipment requirements.
Project Manager. Ust Ilimsk, Russia. Lead project team for the planning and rebuild of recovery boiler and
electrostatic precipitator.
Constructability Manager. Bratsk, Russia. Provide technical assistance and leadership for the installation
of new equipment for pulp and paper industry. Working in all areas of the project, focus on leading the team
building the pulp dryer, priority fast track projects for the recovery boiler, fiberline and wood room.
Accomplishments:
Recommend ceramic insulation in place of traditional to reduce installation time by 30%.
Implemented welder testing program to reduce weld failures on boiler tubes by 50%

Maintenance Manager. Manage a staff of 11 salaried and 55 hourly for the cement manufacturing facility. This mining operation includes latest technology for the raw mill, kiln, and finishing mill. Efforts focused on making the mill compliant with MSHA to reduce the number of violations.

Change wear plate materials in roller mill to increase wear life by 25%.
Implemented use of SKF W64 solid lubricant bearings in high dust applications.
Changed design of bucket elevator to use Stellite bushings to reduce wear.

Maintenance Manager. Lead a Maintenance Feasibility Study being conducted for Ilim Group out of the BE&K field office in Bratsk, Irkutsk region, Russia. Member of the team responsible for developing a cost effective maintenance and innovative reliability program for the Ilim Bratsk Mill. Responsible for assessing the mills current staffing levels, maintenance costs, overall equipment effectiveness, and staff expertise. Proposed transition plan for organizational changes, staffing improvements, and reliable maintenance practices. Proposed transition from 2900 maintenance staff to 1800 over a 3 year period.
Accomplishments:
Proposed organizational change to reduce workforce from 2914 to 1800 over 3 years
Lead team to perform RCFA on dryer felt roll support bolts and developed corrective action plan. Saving 8hrs per month in downtime.
Assisted in RCFA on press roll failure. Instructed maintenance team on proper inspection techniques to prevent future failures.

Maintenance Manager. Responsible for the maintenance program for the Chillicothe facility. Oversees a budget of $45MM and staff of 45 salaried and 180 hourly. The facility includes 2 papermachines, 2 coaters, finishing area, pulpmill, recovery boiler and a wide variety of miscellaneous equipment.
Maintenance Superintendent Pulpmill and Woodyard. Responsible for the day to day
maintenance activities. Oversees 7 salaried and 60 hourly employees. Aid in the development
and implementation of preventive and predictive maintenance programs. Assure best
maintenance practices are followed and workflow process is used.
Site Process Specialist. Responsible for the instruction and implementation of SAP R/3 CMMS system.
Conducted training in process education, maintenance modules and successful implementation.
Lead trainer responsible for instruction of mill trainers. Provide technical leadership for the
implementation and optimization effort.
Maintenance Superintendent Paper Machines. Responsible for providing leadership for paper
operations for the Chillicothe facility consisting of $250 mm in capital equipment and a $9.5 mm
maintenance budget. Implement initiatives to fulfill objectives to provide
reliability and quality maintenance.
Maintenance Superintendent. Provide the leadership to develop and implement maintenance
programs to enhance the reliability of carbonless operations. Responsible for two paper machines, deinking facility and color plant. Act as technical resource and develop skill base of supervisors, planners, engineers and craftsmen.

Directed team to reduce annual shutdown by 2 days saving $1.5MM.
