QUALIFICATIONS Equipment Diesel engine, hydraulic and brake systems maintenance,
power generation repairs and service.
ELECTRICAL Troubleshot and detected electrical problems on chassis, cab and power
SYSTEMS generator systems by following electrical schematics to repair/ replace
proper electrical components.
DIESEL FUEL Performed troubleshooting using fuel pressure tests and maintenance
SYSTEMS manuals to properly diagnose fuel problems on Detroit, Cummins, John
Deere, International and Caterpillar to repair equipment in a timely
manner.
PREVENTIVE Performed on the spot equipment checks on a daily schedule to
MAINTENANCE repair/replace defective parts so that equipment 95% ready for everyday
missions.
BRAKE SYSTEMS Performed troubleshooting procedures on brake systems, repaired and
replaced brakes on heavy trucks and heavy trailers. Corrected brake
problems by adjusting or replacing slack adjusters, brake shoes, air lines
and S-cams.
HYDRAULIC SYSTEMS Performed troubleshooting and detected hydraulic malfunctions by
performing high pressure tests. Replaced exact parts in repairing
equipment
ENGINE REPAIR/ Maintained engines for 20 years made adjustments and repairs on Detroit,
REPLACEMENT Cummins, Catapillar, John Deere and International engines. All work
performed was professional with 0% deficiencies noted.
