While working at Balfour, I traveled to all the Houston and surrounding area high schools. At each school, I took
orders, assisted the students, and handled all payment transactions.
I also worked at the Balfour main office. While there, I worked as the receptionist, and a sales associate. I answered
phone calls, returned messages, took orders, handled transactions, entered orders into the computer, sent out
invoices, assisted teachers, coaches, parents, and students, and also packaged and organized the storage area.

While in school in Corpus Christi, I started work at Texas Roadhouse. After two years, I moved back to Houston and
was transferred to the Pasadena location at the request and recommendation of my manager and the Manag ing

While working at Texas Roadhouse, I dealt in customer service on a daily basis. After working as a server, I was
promoted into the bar where my responsibilities grew. Every week, I was in charge of the entire bar ’s inventory. I
would count the liquor, make the par sheet, place the liquor/beer/mixer order, and scheduled a weekly bar clean.
From the bar, I was promoted to LSM (Legendary Store Marketer). With that job title, I was responsible for
promoting and marketing the store and making and maintaining personal connections with local businesses around
our store location.
