Title: Technical Director/Metallurgist

Responsible for welder training and audits. Developed welding procedure to comply with industry and customer specifications.

Prescribe heat formulation, maintain and ensure accuracy of chemical testing lab, audit chemistries daily.

Oversee mechanical testing labs both internal and external.
