First to be hired as a Multi-lined claims adjuster with Allstate Insurance Company, handling reported claims from taking the loss report by phone to setting the claim up in the system, setting loss reserves, investigations, and sending out payment.

As a Special Agent in the Medicaid Fraud Section of the Ohio Attorney Generals’ Office successfully as lead agent, achieved the highest dollar recovery and counts of indictment for any case prosecuted at that time.
