Users can calculate the mortgage rates and payments, register for free rate watch services, apply mortgage online, get auto generated email notification of the application status once application is submitted, upload required mortgage documents to submit the application, user can download or save the application, register to get daily rate quotes via email, ability to float or lock their mortgage rates. Application transaction is fetched with Real-time Http XML Request/Response Transaction from web server to application to Oracle database. Application is tested with SQL validation and debugging process with UNIX utilities. Whole cycle of testing includes System, SIT and UAT testing involvement with Agile Process.
