M3 – Midstream Gathering” Applied Consultants 6-14 to 5-15

Lead utility inspector, assisted with contractor issues on ROW, assisted other inspectors with general inspection issues. Filled in when other inspectors were absent. Watched coating crew on tie-ins, worked with survey on access rd. Promoted to Chief inspector, worked with PM on budget costs, keep labor down on T&M work. Had various inspectors working with various crews on reclamation on hot lines. Deal with land owner issues. Kept up with all project books, made sure all auditable materials was in job book. Order materials for small projects, fill out chief progress reports daily, Assisted with welders and hydro testing extra pipe with line breaks, caused by slips. Work with crew laying poly lines next to the gas lines, checked all coupon breaks for good poly fusion. Kept up with all heat and fusion logs. Hydro tested poly line and placed valves in line. Hydro test mainlines and laterals. Assist operations on purging and packing lines. Assist operations with running pigs, drying line and getting dew point down. Also working with crews on slip repairs, installing drains and keeping equipment off hot line.

Consol Energy: System one Inspection 11-13 to 6-14

Chief inspector, over seeing all construction of pipeline, on new construction of 12”, 8”, 6”. Weld mapped all line ISO. Kept up with all materials for job book. Worked with coating, ditching and land owner issues. Had other utility inspectors looking over, clearing, grade, pad and backfill. Observed all hydro testing and pigging when drying the line,

M3 – midstream Gathering: Applied consultants 4-13 to 11-13

General inspector, worked on sections that Sheehan had left incomplete from previous year due to permits. 16”, cleared ROW, grade, ditched, strung,bent, engineered, coat, lower in, and backfill. Run brush pigs, hydro test and dry the line. Worked on reclamation and made slip repairs to complete job. Watching crew work on slip repairs.

PVR - Midstream, Gulf Interstate 12-12 to 4-13

General inspection, 30” spiral tie-ins and creek crossings. Tie ins, Coating, Pad and backfill. Worked with restoration crew, put back spoils and repairs non- access gaps. Worked with road bore crews and tie-ins.

M3 / Midstream Gathering / Applied Consultants: 6-2012 to 12-2012

General inspectors on tie ins, worked with environmental crew on creek crossings in PA and WV, weld map new construction, work with survey on alignment sheets, lowering in, new ditch, road bores conventional and HDD & bending. Weld map fabrication on launchers and receivers. Assist with hydro, running various types of pigs. Assisted with some of the restoration and environmental issues.

Dominion Transmission 30” spiral / QIS 2-12 to 6-12

General inspector on tie-ins, creek crossings and road crossings, lowering in coating, and pad and backfill. Ferc project marshall county wv. Assisted welding inspector with weld maps. Worked with survey crew on asbuilt line in west Virginia to PA state line. Worked with hill crew on tie-ins.

Caiman Energy / Applied Consultants: 2011 - 2012

Lead Inspector: Working in a gathering facility with other Inspectors, inspecting all aspects of pipeline field work. Work with contractor on alignment sheets and cutting trees within the permanent easement. Building weld maps on all pipe being engineered and placed in the ditch. Also working with Survey crews on other line routes…Over seeing fabrication in the yard on launchers and receivers. Working with road bores and coating crews….worked with crew on slip repairs. Hydro test and drying the line. Assist operations with pigging and drying the line and getting dew point down between 0-7…

Energy Transfer / Mustang Engineering: 2010 – 2011

Lead inspector, work with bending, lowering in, Tie-ins Land owners, work with ROW acquisitions, Receive materials in the yard and keep up with bill of materials, take care of all project books for audit. Assist on Hydro of mainline and laterals…Work with clean-up and making sure all environmental erosion control was placed properly. Worked with crew on slip repairs.

XTO Energy/Exxon Integrity Inspection, 2005 – 2010

Chief Inspector – In charge of all new construction in WV. Observing all ROW acquisitions, bidding out projects, ordering all materials, assisting all permits with DOT, DEP, Army Corp, bidding out fabrication on launchers and receivers, also replacing old lines that were inherited during the xto transition. Monitoring all one calls in WV. Navigating survey crews on new construction and jurisdictional lines, smart pigging lines, working with civil crews on dehy units scrubbers, launchers and receivers,instrumentation,P&ID’s.

Bid out slip work, also watch crews work on slip repairs. Also worked in the office with project book mgr. on job book preparation, as-built drawings, mtr’s, welding certs, for future audits. In the Fort Worth area for XTO Energy I worked on Completion of Documents on several projects. Work With the railroad commission and department of transportation on annual audits. Ordering materials for various jobs, assisting with right of way issues and acquisitions on as-builts and weld maps.

El Paso, 2005 WilBros Inspection

Electrical Inspector at compressor station up grade in Michigan. Worked on revisions with contractor, blue prints, installing conduit, set up new motor control center. Order materials. Draw as-built of all new construction 6-months.

Columbia Gas, 2003-2005 Gulf Interstate Inspection

Supervisor on Maintenance Crew performing coating, clearing ROW, ditching, installing test stations, ground beds, new rectifiers, pad backfill and drew as-builts. Also supervised coating crew on mainline welds, coating 80-90 welds per day. Served as Utility Inspector on 8 miles of 14-inch construction supervising road crossings, test lead installations, coating, corrosion installations, etc. Also served as smartpig dig inspector on numerous digs, sleeve repairs, re-coats, anode installations, etc.

Valero Refinery, 2002 - 2003 McDanials Inspection

Served as QA/QC Inspector on Cogen Project near Benecia, CA. Coordinated all drawings for 5kv, 15 kv and 30 kv transformers. Supervised installation of new ground beds, cable trays, conduit, instrumentation, termination, trouble shoot motors, lighting, etc.

Columbia Gas, 2000-2001 Gulf Interstate Inspection

Served as Lead Inspector on contract land bidding, field verifications and notification, scheduling work plans, training new inspectors, work with EPA, wet lands drilling, inspection of trench, bores, etc. for natural gas pipeline construction. Also laid new Fiber
