Lead and directed a team of 14 engineers in shop floor support, programming, and safety for the manufacture of precision screw rotors for screw compressors with average tolerance of 11 microns on bearing journals and 8 microns on profiles. Mentor others responsible for fixture and tool design, and the safe handling of the product. Special projects including but not limited to introducing new products (TK) and (Trane AS) into production from new designs and from sister plant closings. Implemented operator training check sheets for cross training of operators and machinist. Developed 3 tier training program for all employees of the company. Supervised the purchase of new equipment, processes and gaging.
