Developed, implemented and trained 40 maintenance personnel, in two Dallas area manufacturing plants, the proper maintenance procedures and practices in maintaining high speed plastic converting and printing equipment.

Developed and trained on new procedures and/or safety practices.

Oversaw all aspects of training and assigned other personnel training topics.

Wrote and constantly updated a “Maintenance Procedure” manual as pertaining to specific equipment.

Built training mock-ups on critical equipment components to ensure proper hands-on training was given to maintenance.

Training resulted in an increase of 10% in production where speeds went from 220cpm to 235cpm on a consistent basis. This training covers both the mechanical and electrical aspects of the equipment.
