Managed, coached and directed the activities of the operations department to ensure all staff members are trained and up to date with knowledge of all policies and procedures of the company. Established controls for the department to ensure daily activities are in compliances with bank policies.

Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports for upper management. Set up and approved security profiles for all staff members for proper authority in order to access various equipments and applications. Monitored and processed online banking enrollments, password resets and response to incoming/outgoing customer correspondence. Provided support to the internal department as needed. Supported and processed accounts payables.

Coordinated all aspects of the bank’s daily Deposit Operations activities, from investigating fraudulent activities on accounts, debit cards disputes, chargeback’s, bill payments, performed all aspects of ACH processing and client follow-ups.

2003 - 2007 Wire and Imaging Department Manager

Position Held Maintained proper security procedures and internal controls within the department, to ensure policies and procedures were implemented to meet bank compliances. Processed, monitored and evaluate daily wire transfers to ensure funds are initiated in a timely manner and OFAC/Finsen investigations were performed.

Managed Onbase Client software to ensure imaged, batched and indexed bank documents were stored in proper applications. Monitored all incoming new accounts opened daily to ensure all proper information and legal information were obtained and scanned.
