I have 27 years of accounting experience in the Consulting Engineering field. I am responsible for all the

accounting needs for over 40 project managers and over 100 staff in multiple locations. Proficiency in

WORK HISTORY

1987-Present Sr. Project Accountant, Haley & Aldrich, Inc., Rochester, NY

I manage all accounting operations for offices in Rochester, NY, Columbus and Dayton,

OH, Detroit, MI, Greenville, SC, and Washington, DC, handling over 20% of the

company’s total revenue ($31M in 2014). Responsibilities include payroll, invoicing,

cash receipts, accounts payables, job cost entries, running and balancing weekly and

monthly reports. Also responsible for Project Manager accounting training for my

regional offices, new-hire employees accounting and policy training, and all on-going

accounting-related training as needed. Proficiency in several computer applications,

including Excel and Word.

Computer entry of all movement of material in the facility, miscellaneous typing, filing,

and occasionally switchboard operator. This experience enabled me to improve my

typing speed to over 70 wpm.
