DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for preparing the machine. Before we start a batch of medical product, checking cleanliness and availability of materials must be done. During production, I must check the product when it comes out from the machine, to make sure our product is in good condition no black particle, leakage, volume variation, deformation and so on. To avoid too much rejection from quality control (Q.C) and also to satisfied our customer’s. Checking regularly from empty bottle to filled bottled, and adjust machine if needed. After a batch finished I must secured the area from previous product to avoid contamination and mixing of materials. If the next product is different from the previous product I must do cleaning in place (CIP) sterilization in place (SIP)to remove all residue from previous product, and I must give wash water sample to IPQC laboratory to check my water, to avoid contamination. If my wash water sample passes I am ready to do the next steps, steaming, filter dry and filter test.

Documents must be check if it is updated at all times, machine problems, area temperature, cleanliness daily production and rejection must be all recorded for future references if needed.

During no production Plan Machine must be clean. Checking sensors, filling valve, filling lines, belts, bearings if all functioning, replace new parts if needed to avoid more stoppage during production.

Lubricates equipment, greasing.

Checking Machines weekly preventive Maintenance Log.

Checking Product Filter Log. Must be change before expiration date.

Checking calibration dates of all equipments if updated.
