1.Brown Field Project Phase I: Engineering Project Manager responsible for the equipment design reviews, changes, Factory and Site acceptance testing, approval and commissioning of an 18 MM USD innovative tea packaging line. Line included complex three tier automated conveyor systems, 10 high speed tea baggers, one flow wrapper, a loading robot, two carton formers, and a continuous motion carton closer.

2.Caddy Conversion: Led testing, equipment installation and commissioning of 8 Lines with new end of line equipment (15 MM USD) which includes eight new carton closers and overhead conveyor systems.

3.Brown Field Project Phase II: Engineer Project Manager responsible for design reviews, testing, budget, mechanical installation, construction management, commissioning and full functionality of two tea packaging lines similar to the Phase I (40MM USD).

4.Project Phase III/IV/V: Leading/coordinating the design, testing, and installation of a new tea delivery system and three new packaging lines.

•Hygienic Modifications: Outlined factory zoning and project scope for new process requirements including new flour unloading bays, automated slurry mixing, sugar cooling, replacement of air handling units, flooring and cryogenic exhaust systems.

3.Buitoni Pasta

•Sauce Line: Developed project scope, drafted equipment specifications, and justified capital for a $1 MM USD minor project. Modified existing sauce line to manufacture both ravioli fillings and sauces. Modifications included process piping, new holding kettle, pouch bagger, and water cooling unit.

• Frozen Pasta Line: Drafted equipment specifications and conducted freezing experiments to assist in defining project scope for frozen ravioli and lasagna line.

Senior Supply Chain Associate/Resource Coordinator – Tropicana/PepsiCo Jan 2007-Feb 2008

1.Coordinated the department where Not-From-Concentrate (NFC) orange juice was processed, blended, stored and released for packaging. Managed loading and unloading of concentrate and NFC juice from tankers.

1.Worked on two Brewing Department Projects (2005):

• Reducing/Eliminating anaerobic counts on the Beer Releasing Lines to the packaging department.

• Optimizing press-out volumes during brand changes to prevent downgrading premium beer. Saved the company approximately $100 M USD per year.

2.Interned as a Group Manager in the Finishing/Filtering Departments:

• Planned and monitored the finishing/filtering process and the timely release of beer to the packaging department.
