Created and disseminated the schedule and revised process to the product owner that resulted in an improved system for the 2010 book.

Designed user-friendly documentation for new email deployment process, which entailed: screenshots, URL's and clarification of internal acronyms. Document is currently used for training and reference by the entire department.

Managed a mailing distributed to over 250,000 retirement account holders on time and within budget despite receiving the project mid-process and drastically behind schedule.

Completed annual client sponsored online trade shows, the second contained four keynote speakers and nine webcasts that were broadcast over two days with gross earnings were over $200,000 for this one project.

Project-managed client sponsored informational webcasts utilizing various vendors, averaging 1-2 per month. Each had a contract requiring a specific number of people to be registered and a specific percentage of that number needed to attend. All contracts were met with average gross earnings of $25,000 each.

Created Custom Publishing Supplements for both magazines, which included: creating a theme or direction, hiring the writers, creating layouts, and adhering to all deadlines. Average gross earnings was $15,000 each.

Managed custom electronic newsletters and scheduled all electronic broadcasts for three magazines. Average gross earnings for each was $8,000.
