• Worked with the Office of the Special Master to develop the Executive Compensation databases and the executive and legislative reports.

• Established, tested, and implemented a secure bi-lateral FTP process from Treasury’s custodial bank to Treasury’s Office of Financial Stability offices. This process included negotiations with the custodial banks - in terms of compatible encryption tools, networking with senior level management, collaborate with the technical staff, and working with Treasury’s Chiefs – in order to establish the process as a file transfer standard. As a result of the security, and efficiency of the model, all secured financial files utilize this methodology.

• Designed SharePoint InfoPath application to capture bank certification (from 7 banks) in pursuant to the stimulus agreement.
