Additional Inspection that I have performed and trained others to do in my 27 years in this field that range from a simple single side to a 40 layer flat and filled multilayer board with mixed dielectric material for the military and semiconductor industry. Hardware Inspection per applicable drawings and/ or specifications. In-Process Inspection was done at appropriate operations throughout the manufacturing process to insure continued control of quality parts on a sampling basis per lot size or subject to 100% inspection. Examples:

Material thickness after lamination was a first part inspection. Initial drill operation, inspect hole size, quantity and location per customer furnished drawing. Applying resist was a first part inspection.

Plating of plated through hole (PTH) was a first part inspection Conformal Coating Inspection

Etching was a first part inspection.

If applicable controlled impedance testing.
