I have been a Shift Leader at my job for over a year and this job includes manager qualifications. I can open and close the store when a manager is not on shift and do the same job they do. I started out as hostess and quickly became delivery driver and cook. For the last year I have been Shift Leader that does the same job as Manager. This includes being responsible for money in the store, taking care of customer complaints, and supervising workers while on my shift.

While in high school I had the opportunity to take computer classes. I got to work in Digital Media, Digital Video, Desktop Publishing and Business Computer Applications.

TENNESSEE TECHNOLOGY CENTER, SURGOINSVILLE, TN

I took 2 part time semesters at TECS in 2010 for Office Assistant. I didn’t get to complete the course but I did learn so much while I was there.

COMMUNICATION

Pizza Plus is the only job I have ever had. I deal with the public the entire time I am there. I have good people skills and like working with the public.

LEADERSHIP

I am Shift Leader at my job. I run the store when management is not on site. I believe that I am a strong leader in our company but I'm looking for more full time opportunity to help me advance into a more permanent full time position.
