Recruited to deliver new products for Borland, drive Agile Scrum development, manage cross team development, and become a Certified Scrum Master. Successfully delivered and sold the TeamAnalytics product. Drove adoption of the our open ALM Framework product internally with other product teams. Scrum Master for three agile teams that developed these products from the ground up.
