In this, various programs are developed for JV Upload and creating the recurring documents and posting documents, report to display the posting documents, report to display the recurring documents created in a period, report to display the Missing Recurring documents and missing posting documents in the specific period.

Worked on Electronic bank statements for converting the file into MT940 format and processing the EBS in SAP.

Created custom tables to maintain the plant type and plant characteristics along with valuation class. Developed new report to display the valuation class fallout details.

Developed the Work order in progress aging report, which displays the total work order quantity with information in aging buckets of 0-30, 30-60, 60-90, 90-120 and greater than 120 days.

Task Accomplished

Created Interactive technical reconciliation which will show the list of Daily balance records migrated from LAS tables to ILAP tables, which will display the information at Financier level, Loan level in second level and individual records in third level.

Created Interactive technical reports for Document Correspondence which will show the list of Document records migrated from LAS to ILAP, for Document type, document group and BP Correspondence reconciliation and the aggregation were done in first level on mode of dispatch and document type with individual records on second level.

Developed data conversion to migrate data from LAS tables to ILAP tables for Daily balances and Document correspondence. The program also shows the number of records migrated and numbers of records failed as Status report in ALV report format.

Modified report program which will migrate data from the LAS tables to ILAP tables based on Data mapping table. The program was modified to handle the logic for new fields which did not exist in ILAP tables.

Developed screens with Tab strips and ALV Grid and other screen objects such as Text editors to handle the creation of new Auto Hedge Request, modify the Auto Hedge Request and also for Adhoc Hedging request. ALV Grids were used to update and insert the entries in data base tables with various events.

Client: Botswana Textiles, SA Apr 2003 –Sep-2004

This is an enterprise application, which manages store operation of Botswana textiles and plastic factories. This application is categorized in to three modules stock/stores management, inspection & billing and material issue. The activity of placing indent for procurement of requested material by department is carried out by stock/store module. The indent for various departments is given a running serial number and the material stock information is filled on them and forwarded to purchase section. The arriving material at stores is inspected for acceptance. The material acceptance inspection report ICRR (inspection cum receipt report) is sent to the purchase section for payment release. Rejected items that are repaired at factory site are issued a final approval ICRR against the original ICRR. When the material is rejected then a memo stating the reason for rejection is sent to purchase section, the store issue items to various departments along with store issue.
