Possess solid computer skills. Excellent working knowledge using all MS applications, Quickbooks, average typing speed is 48-50wpm and 9,500 average alphanumeric keystrokes per hour.

Book Keeping

Over 15 years experience as a bookkeeper using Quick Books, Peachtree and Dac Easy ( depending on what the specific accounts program the customer is using)

Involved in areas such as bank reconciliations, accounts payable, accounts receivables, payroll and inventory management.

In addition, with just over 6 years experience in the following areas of accountancy some of which over lap to those of a book keeper for example, reconciling all revenues collected on a daily basis. Checking balances against accounting receipt records.

Posting accounting data by hand or by computer data entry in the cash journal on a daily basis. Maintaining trial balances. Prepare bank account deposit documents and confirms deposit totals.

Completes end of the month closing processes and disburses revenues and other funds to the appropriate entities. Reconciles revenue reports on a monthly basis. Prepares financial reports such as revenue summaries, revenue transmittal sheets, trial balance reports, and bank account reconciliation forms.

Medical Billing with some experience in Codes pertinent to Chiropractic but receptive to adapting to other areas and using relevant software.

Ability to train, motivate, and supervise customer service employees.

Our Audio Transcription department is staffed by (6) workers with all the necessary equipment in place to offer timely and efficient delivery of your product

Our Medical Transcription department with a staff of (12) MT’s use HIPAA guidelines with a turnaround time of 2 to 24hrs with a 98% accuracy rate.

Work is done Mondays to Saturdays and if the need arises a skeletal staff can be available to do work on a 24/7 basis.

Preference to work with English speaking dictators with all necessary IT infrastructure and updated drug references for example, Stedman’s and Lippincott Williams versions.
