Start-up Locums Company, Mr. Sargent was brought in to head up their recruiting efforts for Hospitalists and Psychiatry Locum Tenens needs. Using their internal system Bullhorn along with external resources Physician Employment and Doc Café Mr. Sargent assisted the company in building a strong data bank of Locums Doctors. Clients include Cogent, Emcare and Government facilities with needs around the country.

Mr. Sargent has performed general contract labor in the North Georgia market. He began doing this line of work while seeking full time professional employment. Vice President - Cirrus Allied LLC: April 2009 – March 2010

Oversees day to day operations, gross and net profit statements as well as manages the monthly P&L reports. Mr. Sargent managed Cirrus’ recruitment group managers, intake coordinators, and business development departments while maintaining the appropriate level of senior staffing officers and recruiting assistants. Satisfied business objectives and projections and ensured activities practiced by recruiters were conforming to accomplish minimum staffing requirements. Developed and executed strategies for sales volume, including daily production requirements (for individual staff members and group managers). Managed a team of recruiters and associates (using ten years of experience in sales, HR and operations) to ensure MDA achieved their business goals, monthly revenues and gross profit. Dealt with day-to-day operations, gross and net profit statements, managed the monthly P&L reports. Consist increased revenue occurred during his employment with MDA. 2009 was the most successful year with a 67 percent (67%) increase in revenue and 42 percent (42%) increase of net profit to MDA’s bottom line. Mr. Sargent worked with clients and providers on the commercial and governmental side of healthcare. Accomplishments include a strenuous Joint Commission Accreditation in 2006-2007 and successfully becoming accredited in October 2007. Assisting and guiding the team’s recruit efforts of Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners to fulfill the needs of the clients while staying in compliance under The Joint Commission guidelines.
