Solution development and program/project management of the technical, P&L, 3rd party vendors and business aspects of desktop support, clustered SANs, backup systems, Oracle and SQL databases, middleware applications (Weblogic, Websphere, Web Methods, etc.), Solaris, Linux and Windows servers, firewall rules and virtual machine deployment projects. Also, holds the role as senior PMO cloud manager responsible for managing the process re-organization and the day-to-day operations of the corporate cloud migration program. Samples of successful efforts:

- Manage the AWS cloud program for the PMO reorganizing and documenting all processes, leading the “gap-analysis” which lead to the successful planned changes to six processes using Agile methods. Also, restructured organization to be more efficient and prioritize fixing challenged projects.

-Colonel staff and CIO positions responsible for all the telecommunications and IT systems, and their associated $1,000,000+ budget for a 3,500 person school-house organization located throughout the continental US. This position consisted of managing a staff of 45 management, technical and administrative personnel with the development / life-cycle support of numerous applications / systems.

-Communication systems program manager and engineering director for the Southwest Asia forward deployed communications and IT command managing a budget of over $400 million, 45 projects (and their engineering support) in six countries (Iraq, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Afghanistan). Managing a staff of 31 military and civilian SMEs.

Solution development and project management of the technical, P&L and business aspects of new client non-standard pre-sales outsourcing design opportunities for networking, content hosting and international projects. Supported over $46M in winning proposals in 2004, and winner of numerous support and incentive awards. - A major software company’s US based ATM and global frame relay network solution.

- A major automotive company’s international MPLS network (won bronze award for superior support).

Network Manager / Project Manager / Corporate Facilities Manager, ROMAC International, Tampa, FL – 1/1996 to 5/1997

Managed the corporate LAN, WAN, cabling, computer and facilities procurement, P&L, new facility build out/setup projects throughout the United States, designing network solutions, managing and testing new network technology and managing the project management department. Last position consisted of being a corporate level manager reporting directly to the COO of a $100 million public corporation. Managed project management and facilities team. Managed a budget of $ 1.5 million.
