Project: A Large Logistics Company – Salesplace CRM Project Development

Working with the Logistics Company, one the world’s largest rail, land, air and ocean cargo firms, Mr. Witton developed a unique, custom software solution to manage the organization’s cascading contact and demographic information requests within Salesplace, a Lotus Notes based CRM package.

Challenge: The Canadian division of the Logistics Company had a sophisticated workflow process to manage and track contact demographic information from a myriad of sources. It was necessary to apply a series of business rules to cleanse and increase the level of data quality throughout the CMR system.

Solution: Mr. Witton developed a comprehensive, cascading data management tool to validate contact information and mark identified documents for deletion. His iterative development approach and caring customer service provided the incentive for staff to quickly utilize and implement the software tool.

Project: Fortune 500 Financial Institution – Salesplace CRM Education

Working with the US based offices of a multi-national financial firm Mr. Witton added significant value to the Salesplace CRM training curriculum by developing product documentation, an intranet based wiki style help and a presentation style seminar that was delivered up to 4 times a day for 2 weeks across 5 countries and 6 different offices.

Challenge: The software was so highly customized, from the out of the box product, and the usual help wiki had to be hosted on site.

Solution: Mr. Witton developed a comprehensive training program to educate the sales team with customer relationship management basics as well as the incorporated the customizations. His informative, summative approach provided the incentive to quickly adopt the software application.
