1987 - 1990: Regional Sales Director

Served in a variety of pension field sales positions (Connecticut, New York, New Jersey) before assuming greater managerial responsibilities in July/1990. Leading producer with $3.7 Billion in cumulative sales across multiple asset classes (Full-service 401k, Stable Value, Domestic and International Equity, Fixed Income, Options, Structured Products, Asset Allocation, Alternatives). Production surpassed all other members of national sales team.

1990 - 1994: Division Vice President

Head of Sales with responsibility for all aspects of new business and product development. Responsible for managing both Home Office marketing staff and Field Offices. Served as product manager for proprietary Trust Owned Health Insurance funding vehicle

for FAS 106 retiree health care liabilities. Managed $2 Billion investment platform

Investment Associates, Pimco, State Street Global, Legg Mason).

Member of GBSA (Guaranteed Benefit Separate Account) strategy group in support of $30

Billion spread lending business (Stable Value, Funding Agreements, Institutional
