Recruited to enhance federal contract acquisition and manage ongoing DOD and private sector projects. Prepared proposal leading to award of IDIQ contract at US Army Garrison Fort Huachuca, AZ in May 2014. Development and implementation of contract-wide Health and Safety Plan. As of March 2015, issued 8 task orders totaling more than $500,000 of revenue involving regulatory compliance, NEPA compliance and range rehabilitation. Other public and private contracts awarded have accumulated another $120,000 of revenue involving water and wastewater compliance. Managing a team of environmental professionals in the areas of natural resources and environmental sciences (biologists, geologists, hydrologist, environmental specialists, etc.).
