Job description/responsibilities:

Trainingand motivating sales team in selling the company products

Coordinating and providing direction to the sales force in accordance with company standards.

Ensuring achievement of sales targets and inventory turnover.

Introducing new products to the market (customers) using latest commercial techniques follow up on new products for feedback.

Ensuring timely delivery of products.

Recording and maintaining customer data

Developing and implementing sales promotions in order to increase sales, liquidate slow moving products/dead stocks, and implement marketing campaigns.

Search for new products to include in the company’s portfolio in order to increase sales and profitability.

Work on balancing the stocks against the market demand (consumption)

Managing the display floors/shelves/gondolas granted by customers in order to maximize benefits and insure best presentation of company products.

Opening new sales channels/ new customers in order to increase sales.

Meeting the monthly/yearly sales targets agreed upon mutually.

Managing collections form customers.

Meeting and exceeding customers’ expectations by offering value-packed products and after-sales services.

Ensuring products are sold in accordance with the wishes of the market

Controlling the invoicing, payment collection and perform analysis on sales activity and cost analysis.

Conducting market research to find out the trend of consumer demand and customer needs.
