Started the MS SQL Database practice at Fair Isaac.

Migrated file and print operations to Windows for all US and operations.

Implemented Y2K mitigation plans and completed Y2K plan.

Reorganized internal network operations IP structure to comply with corporate changes.

Developed Braun’s first website and continued direction of web site development, intranet and internal programming.

Instituted Braun’s first WAN connecting most major sites and eventually connecting all sites.

Created the first helpdesk, networking and desktop support teams.

Connected all sites to the company’s first WAN and first connections to the internet and external email.

Developed Microsoft Application training for delivery to multiple clients.
