Description: Customer Center application can be used in standalone or in embedded form. SA picker is a common component of the Fusion CRM which will consume by Sales or Marketing or any other application for embedding Customer Center. Sales Account Picker is developed as a component that provides functionality to search for a particular Sales Account either based on the Name or Address details or both

2. Sales Account Bulk Import

Description: Sales Account Bulk Import allows users to load sales account profile and sales account team data into the Fusion database using standard SQL tools and Fusion technologies.

3. Customer 360: Appointment

Description: This is another key component of the Fusion CRM – Customer Center mainly used for fixing up the appointment for the selected customer and whenever customer will login or drill down they will be shown as the reminder of the appointments.

Description: This is one of the common components of the Fusion CRM. Customer Center mainly consumed it for taking down the notes for the selected customer and whenever customer will drill down they will be shown the notes taken down.

Siebel CRM – Scheduler (July 2007 till Jan 2010)

Sub Modules

1) Siebel Scheduler - Appointment Booking System

Description: This is one of the key components of the Siebel CRM - Scheduler mainly used by field service. The objective of this module is to book the appointments to the customer request when they call the call center for the problem rectification. The call center representative will find out the available slots for the customer request and confirms the appointment after the customer agrees for that slot. This system uses different algorithms for identification of the best slots.

2) Siebel Scheduler – Optimizer

Description: This is another key component of the Siebel CRM - Scheduler mainly used for the optimization of the appointments. The objective of this component is to find out the best technician to perform the job with optimized cost. The system uses various constraints and costing algorithms to optimize the schedule data.

3) Availability Based Assignment

Description: This module is used for exposing the schedule data of the selected technician to the Assignment Manager. The assignment manager sends the list employees to get the different set of slots. The assignment manager then assigns the jobs to the technician based on the employee slots and skills required by the activity.

4) Geocoding Integration

Description: This module is used for getting the geo-codes for the employee address and activity address. The ORS geo-code server is used for finding the geo-codes which internally uses the third party supplied map data. The system returns the latitude and longitude for the given address and that data will be updated back to the Siebel employee/activity address.

5) Integration of Oracle Real Time Scheduler

Description: This is the integration of another scheduler of the oracle system to the Siebel CRM - Scheduler. Oracle real time scheduler provides a street level routing solution as part of the optimization and it is a real time solution. ORS exposed web services are invoked from the Siebel application as a outbound web service calls using Siebel EAI to get the activity status updates and that data will be updated to the Siebel DB.
