Personal accomplishments as Head of Production:

When necessary, I would communicate grievances to suppliers, calculate damage caused by a non-quality supply, and request reimbursement . In 2008 I made regular trips to one of our laminating subcontractors in attempt to solve constant problems we were having with that product which, as a result, our owners were ready to eliminate from our product line. I was able to come up with an internal solution which allowed us to continue to sell this specific product, which has a large profit margin for our company. (* see below)

Personal accomplishments as Head of Quality Control:

During my two years in quality control, I was able to regain for the company over 150,000 Euro in reimbursements from suppliers due to poor quality products.

Calibration of all measurement instruments.

Personal accomplishments as Lab Technician:

I introduced the use of a colorant into the liquid hardener so that the press workers could be visually alerted to an eventual lack of hardener in the glue mixture, therefore avoiding ungluing of the panels.
