Project Description: This is a CGI Advantage ERP implementation for the department of administration. Advantage is an ERP system specifically built for Government use. It has integrated functionality and work flows for Financial Management, Performance Budgeting, Human Resources Management and Procurement.

As part of the project a new Data warehouse (ALDER) is developed for the analytical reporting. It is on SAP Business Objects BI platform using Data Services ETL tool and Oracle DB backend. The ETL captured history of day to day changes in application data into Data warehouse and involved about 750 tables for the financial module.

Responsibilities:

Worked with Business Analysts to define testing requirements that satisfy the business objectives.

Coordinated with the Business analysis team, QA lead and prepared a detailed Test plan to ensure right quality gets delivered.

Developed test cases for ETL testing by understanding the business logics and Functional requirements.

The application was developed for the customers to enable them to manage their finances through internet and perform various transactions like accessing personal accounts, checking account balances, payment of recurring bills, such as utilities and loan payments, transfer funds, and other products and services. The application has different modules such as online banking, online insurance, and online mortgage, also provides wholesale/ retail remote check deposit using web application. Project: Online Bill Payment

Bill Payment Service components facilitate customers to instruct the banks to issue payment to their bills regularly against utilities such as electricity, gas, water etc. Additionally it has the feature of Recurring Payments.

Transfer Services facilitates customers to Transfer Funds between two Accounts within the same bank as well as to an outside Bank.
