Affordable Care Act Volunteer Coordinator

Coordinate recruitment, placement and support of volunteers to conduct outreach, provide education and enrollment on health insurance, health care access and health benefits.

1. Ensure that volunteer assignments are consistent with both the interest and abilities of the

volunteer and the community needs

2. Coordinate trainings for volunteers to become Certified Application Counselors (CAC’s)

and insure all volunteers received Level One Fingerprint Clearance card from Arizona

Department of Public Safety

3. Ensure that volunteers are provided with needed orientation and support from partner
