Quality Control Supervision over all Printed material and assembly teams. QC management of all fabrication production pieces included but not limited to: hand labor, press checks, final printed material, scrap pieces, waste control records and final inspections.

Operations Manager 2012 - Present

Monarch Plastics, Mount Laurel, NJ

Quality Control Management of all US Mint pre and post products. This function had me in total control of line inspectors instructing them to check and review product for all error material, improper color variations, over heated material, under or over cut product, warped or clouded material and coin fitted issues. My job title also provided every two weeks refresher training of expectations of any new or ongoing continued problems with product. The staff was under my strict supervision and expert training.

Facilitated Printing and fabrication projects successfully over the year for Monarch Plastic. Trained and operated all equipments including but not limited to: CNC routers and saw, Komori Litrone 6/color, all clam shell die cutters, guillotine cutter, Digital printing press, Multicam, shipping and receiving, staff development and inspections.

Provided daily operational review/quality control of all projects, laborers and temp staffs. Reduced employee turnovers and trained two current supervisors from regular staff to leads. In less than the year dropped temp help from 22 employees two shifts, too 16 temp helpers with no loss in production. Trained and learned New Multicam router with training in Baltimore Maryland. Daily instruction to all staff.
