Caregiver: Executed taking him to VA appointments, gave medicine when

it was time, went grocery shopping, clean house, pay bills, and do whatever

is needed. He passed away.

SKILLS

I was in the Indiana Army National Guard for ten years. I was on active duty

for a year guarding VX gas in Newport, IN.

I have effective communication skills, positive attitude, dependable, work well

under pressure, and motivated to succeed.

I have been taking care of my family for the past four years, but know everyone

is doing good except for my father who past way March 2013.
