EXPERIENCE

-Extensive business travel and global perspective work / visit in over (30) countries. TECHNICALSKILLS

- Unit Safety Coordinator passed OSHA 1910 & 1915, as well as Environmental Compliance Inspections; OSHA 40 hour course.

-Setup all maintenance, environmental, safety, and warehouse procedures for units, in accordance with headquarters policies and ensured a training program was utilized to solidify knowledge in the workforce.

-Familiar with SPC, Pareto, MTBF, MTTF, or other charts to plot performance. Utilize local and standard metrics to show baseline and progress improvements of performance, institute policies, identify objectives, and manage change during to ensure smooth project execution and improve normal operations and efficiencies at units.

-Follow changes in industry, management styles, policies, and standard processes. Cross compare industries to implement ideas that can be utilized locally to improve performance and identify and mitigate risk by placing the right people in the right positions.

-Extensive improvements were gained through teamwork and inclusion in cross functional teams to identify and reach goals and improve communication tools and methods at small to medium units.

- Several units saw recurring reductions up to 50% at (6) months intervals in costs, failure rates, and wasted work effort through these methods. Require installing a culture of continuous improvement. Familiar with Knowledge Management Systems, SOP’s, KPI’s, and maintenance recording systems.
