-Familiar with SPC, Pareto, MTBF, MTTF, or other charts to plot performance. -Follow changes in industry, management styles, policies, and standard processes. Cross compare industries to implement ideas that can be utilized locally to improve performance and identify and mitigate risk by placing the right people in the right positions.

-Extensive improvements were gained through teamwork and inclusion in cross functional teams to identify and reach goals and improve communication tools and methods at small to medium units.

- Several units saw recurring reductions up to 50% at (6) months intervals in costs, failure rates, and wasted work effort through these methods. Require installing a culture of continuous improvement. Familiar with Knowledge Management Systems, SOP’s, KPI’s, and maintenance recording systems.
