Present Start up, operation and owner of Shark Bite Cove Beach Supplies where

I manufacture beach and other novelty items. Use, repair and

maintenance of two Carve Wright CNC carving machines to

manufacture signs made from wood, Corian and composite materials.

Use, repair and maintenance of da Vinci 1.0 3D Printer used for printing

3D novelty items and custom print jobs as well as machine part

replicas. Setup and maintain my wired and wireless business network

with managed network switch. Designed and created and maintain my

business website using open source software in PHP version 5.2.17. Use

of cpanel for administering my website run on Linux version 3. Set

directory permissions for files and folders, use of error logs and IP deny

manager to monitor and block suspicious IP addresses. Setup ACL in

.htaccess files to prevent unauthorized access to admin files and

directories for site. Use of FTP for file uploads and downloads. Setup

security on site using standard store software as well as security and

feature add on modules. Modification of PHP files and HTML code for

site. Use of phpMyAdmin for updating SQL Database in MySQL

version 5.5 for my site. Manual edit of records in SQL database.

Setup basic CRON jobs to run scripts for security reports and to auto e-

Setup and use of FreeNas Server version 9.2.1 including creating

volumes, shares and user accounts as well as setting permissions for

folders and users. Recently began working with Fedora Linux Server

validation group for RAID products.

Extremely fast paced environment. Responsible for Ordering,

tracking, receive and distributing development and validation

computers for the group as well as all other hardware and peripherals.

systems ranging from i810 through i975 chipsets. Hardware and software

validation technicians. Typical support includes resolving multiple

customer issues daily such as re-flashing BIOS to revive dead

motherboards due to bad BIOS versions or unsuccessful updates, boot

issues, OS loading issues in IDE, AHCI and RAID modes. Most systems

validation on the Intel devices and wrote bugs for defects found.

Responsible for performing WHQL testing on Intel’s Energy Lake

feature Later known as the Visual ON/OFF and Instant On/Off.

Circuits on the board. Performed all test for WHQL certification for this

feature.

Responsible for setting up and maintaining 10 data servers as well as 2

Windows Terminal Servers to communicate between the corporate

network and an isolated network and training the group on using the

Created a hardware tracking database as well as a IT service ticket

Validation Engineer of the Intel OEM Diagnostics Program

where I created Test Execution Documents for each platform based on

feature adds to the platform. Performed validation on all releases from Pre

Alpha to Product release. Worked closely with program developer to

identify and fix bugs in the program. Wrote and tracked defects in a bug

tracking database I wrote in Access 2002. Also performed regression

testing as needed.

Ownership of Intel RAID drivers validation of Windows servers for 2

years. Created Test Execution Documents for validating the drivers on

Windows server 200, 2003, 2008 as well as helping validate the RAID

drivers for Windows XP and Windows 7 as needed. Helped train new

validation technicians on use of TED’s and entering defects into the

database. Modification of test scripts written in C++ for new platforms.

Validation of platforms based on new chipsets starting with 845 through

Panther Point.

Performed coverage for 4 months for developing Intel OEM Diagnostics

software a DOS based C++ program that OEM’s use on their production

floor to determine if systems are functioning correctly. Responsible for

porting over the I965 OEM diagnostics from I945 source code and

publishing it on the Intel website. OEM Diagnostics utility consisted of

VESA, VGA, memory and main diagnostics utility which reported out all

hardware Information about the system to log files.

Use of various Anti Virus, Malware removal and other 3rd party tools

such as Norton’s Anti Virus, Norton’s 360, ClamWin Anti Virus,

MalwareBytes, Windows Defender and more.

Wrote BKM for setup and use of AMT and KVM remote control of vPro

systems for our group.

Use of ITP-XDP3 In Target Probe for debugging and collecting data on

new platforms accessing registers, ports and Model Specific Registers.

Collected and analyzed data real time and captured on host laptop.

Purchased and trained other team members on using the ITP. Modified

Python script as needed for additional testing and new platforms.

die. Using thermal test paper, HP and Fluke measurement equipment I

collected thermal and voltage data real time to determine the area of

failure and was able to determine the failure area and resolution to the

problem by designing a new clip to attach the heat pipe lid to the chassis.
