Conceived, staffed, and developed IOT (Internet of Things) strategy for Manitowoc Kitchen Connect architecture supporting predictive analytics and connecting foodservice controllers to the internet. Result: Earned more than $510,000 in unplanned revenue in 2015 and earned $620,000 in 2015 budget to set up footprint to gain $6,000,000 in additional revenue in 2015 IOT space.

Organized multiple projects with senior-level engineering staff and leveraged low-cost resource offshore options globally in embedded electronics development to ensure consistency, standard compliance, and project success. Result: Successfully guided projects through a gated NPD process releasing several key, global level projects.
