Almost 20 years of office administration and customer service experience. I am familiar with Microsoft programs Excel, Word, Outlook, etc. I have worked with several accounting programs such as Microsoft Great Plains, QuickBooks, and Peachtree to generate invoices (accounts receivable), post deposits and creating daily sales reports.
