AUTHOR, Shifting Gears at 50, a Motorcycling Guide for New and Returning Riders Sept. 2009 to February 2012 Published in February, 2012 by I-5 Publishing, Shifting Gears At Fifty, A Motorcycling Guide for New and Returning Riders is a “how-to” book that makes recommendations for appropriate motorcycle training classes and licensing, choosing a motorcycle, suggestions to help improve rider competency, and outfitting a bike with safety and comfort related accessories for travel and long distance riding. Also included are chapters about motorcycle touring in various locations in the US.
