I have in-depth knowledge and experience in Oracle APEX, Peoplesoft, Cognos, data warehouse design, and Procurement Processes within fast paced leading edge companies that I would like to put to use.

Experience:

3/2012 – Present. Novell - Operations Business Analyst.

Responsibilities include the supporting Sales Operations with reporting applications using Oracle Applications Express (APEX). Applications include data entry tracking tools with reports and charts for both on-site and off-site facilities. Duties also include Process improvement tasks to refine departments visability of input errors and communication tools highlighting daily task accomplishments. Currently working on migration tasks associated with Sales force and SAP implementation.

Creation of Applications showing daily input errors by user and group with emphasis on quality and volume.

Specialize in software implementations and training, network setup and maintenance, and computer repair and migrations. Companies engaged with include Dog Watch of Utah, First Impressions Auto detail, and Mountain Life Church of Park city.

Implemented new versions of Sage Act, Quickbooks Pro, and Teamviewer on four computers belonging to Dog Watch of Utah with shared computer environment going from 60% up time to 100% with desktop procedures.

Implemented new versions of Quickbooks Pro on three computers belonging to First Impressions auto detail with shared computer environment and created desktop procedures for problem resolution.

Completed computer upgrade from Windows XP to Windows 7 for 5 Mountain Life church staff which consisted of upgrading MS Office, Quickbooks Pro and all other Church related operational software and files in shared network environment. This occurred with no downtime effecting church pastoral staff or employees

Continue to support above implementations on an as needed basis using Teamviewer remote software.

2/2001 – 10/2006. Qualcomm, Staff Business Process Analyst.

Duties included being Technical lead for Procurement Department with primary focus on cost reduction and process improvement. Organization was responsible for procuring $1.5 Billion to support fab-less semi-conductor operations utilizing numerous off-shore operations in various countries.

Established numerous automated processes using Business Objects, Cognos, Brio (Hyperion), and Oracle Discoverer.

Created and implemented numerous cost savings applications in support of Engineering Procurement while creating my own functional requirements.

Participated in department rollout of Oracle Demand Planning toolset.
