PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
March to July 2014: Proposal Technical Consultant
Served as technical consultant on a Proposal for a Navy SPAWAR contract to install KG-250 cryptographic equipment for telecommunications installations, including installation of software for the NSA KMI storefront over Niprnet or Siprnet.
November 2000 to March 2014: DGS Project, Team Lead As team lead for the Document Control Group, established processes for tracking, processing, and delivering contract deliverables to the government customer over the course of several task orders. Created templates to organize and standardize technical information in surveys and installation reports for delivery to the customer.
In the Configuration Management Sub-working Group, and the Process Improvement Working Group, promoted improved process development and cooperation in documentation of project work. In the development of the Enterprise Solution using SharePoint, established CM processes as the initial functions to be implemented, and to serve as the template for other project elements. Presented cost information and software requirements for Cloud storage to meet contract needs. Implemented folder structure and file migration to Cloud storage. Served as the administrator for Cloud storage, developing the plan for security permissions and access. Additional duties for the Project: performed hardware and software repair/replacement on out-of- warrantee computers. Researched computer parts, software, servers and accessories for the systems in use by the task orders. Performed cryptographic rekeying and updates on classified network. Conducted monthly COMSEC inventory and replacement of keying material as required. Interviewed and evaluated staff for this team in support of several successive task orders. Assigned as Alternate ISSO and Administrator maintained personnel accounts on two classified servers. On the ATM project for DISA: evaluated software, equipment, telecommunications integration, and modeling of large computer based systems. Configured and implemented data communications processors, routers, switches, multiplexers, DSUs and CSUs, lines (DS, T1, T3, ISDN) and related equipment.
