QUALIFICTIONS:
42 years experience. I started in the oil field as a rough neck, worked as a driller, worked in sales, as a fisherman and for the past 14 years I have worked as a drilling / completion consultant.
Experience in drilling with air and mud (both water based and oil based), vertical and horizontal wells.
Experienced in open hole, & cased hole drilling & completions, logging, perforating, cementing, running, and drilling dv tools, and most other operations taking place down hole, or on location.
Extensive air and air foam experience, in both high pressure, and low pressure
environments, depths from 500’ to 22,000’. I have been on really difficult wash overs, & fishing jobs, as well as, problem wells of all kinds.

WORK HISTORY:
Jan 2010 – June 2015 – XTO Energy, drilling consultant
Drilled horizontal wells in Wood Ford Shale with average depths of 12,000 feet in and around Ardmore and Madill area. Lateral lengths were 4,000-6,000 feet. OBM weight of 10.2-10.8 PPG.
Drilled horizontal wells in Marietta, OK area (also Wood Ford Shale ) with average depths of 21,000 feet TD average lateral length 5,000-7,000 feet. With OBM weights of 11.5 – 13.5 PPG
Drilled horizontal wells in Fayetteville Shale in Arkansas in Heber Springs area with average depths of 9,000 – 12,000 feet TD, lateral lengths of 4,000-6,000 feet. With OBM weights of 11 – 12 PPG.
2008 - 2010 - Drilling Consultant
Drilled for Sampson Resources in the Canadian, Texas area. Drilled vertical Granit Wash wells running from 25 – 40 ppb LCM WBM, 12,000’ average TD.
2005 – 2008 - Drilling and Completions – Consultant
Drilled and completed wells for Gungall Exploration 8,000’ – 12,000’ TD, with pressures 5,000 – 12,500 psi in the Cement, OK field.
2001 – 2005 – Drilling and Completion – Consultant
Drilled and completed coal seam wells for El Paso Production in the Arkoma Basin around Poteau, OK. Most wells were drilled with air in the surface section, WBM in the production section, with laterals of 1,500’ – 2,500’ and 4,000 – 4,500 feet TD.
