CLASS B MANCHANIC

American Coach US 2013-Present

Working on Mega, Charter, and mini buses.

Use soft wear to checking clutch stroke on ZF transmission, replace clutch plates on ZF transmissions.

Reprogram smart tire units, change tires.

Replace and rebuild GS-3’s.

Change rotors, brakes, brake chambers, and diaphragm in chambers.

Soldering wires, weld brackets and seats, and replace windshields and window.

Replace air compressors, minor A/C work.

Bumper to bumper work, minor engine repair, and rear ends.

Replace wheel seals axles, upper and lower control air bushings.

Having knowledge of Cummins, Detroit diesels, and ABS Wabco.

Ailments, TIE-rod-end, change oil, coolant flushes, balance and rotate tires, repaired tire, replaced struts, shock replacement, brake repair, cut rotors, and replaced axles, differential service.

TRANS TECH 2007-2008

RELIABLE TRANSMISSON

Removed and replaced Allison, MT and world transmission including but not limited to dump trucks, charter buses and school buses.

Repaired wiring harness, break inhibitors.

Replaced PTO’s and PTO hoses, brake inhibitors.

TRANS TECH

W.W Williams 2007-2007

Removed, repaired and reinstalled Allison MT and world transmissions on all types of trucks and buses.

Provided maintenance services changing external and internal transmission filter filters, flushed and topped off fluids, also bolt update on fly wheel and clutch plates.

Replaced PTO hoses and rewired PTO lines.
