Administrative Court Representative at the New York City Department of Finance. Presented the facts and defenses on behalf of the firm’s clients for each particular case (each parking summons) to the Administrative Law Judge. The New York City Department of Finance does not require an attorney to present the cases to the judge. Handled approximately two hundred and fifty (250) cases on a daily basis.

Created and submitted appeals along with briefs highlighting applicable statutes and case law explaining why the decisions should be overturned.
