1.Managed a successful $1.5 Million business units’ consolidation project and merger of two business units completed on-time and within budget and seamlessly without any impact on customer service, resulting in elimination of $700K annual fixed costs.

2.Ensured foundry Environmental compliance to new regulations and successfully led $1.2 Million project over three years ensuring full compliance with no service interruptions to customers.

3.Directed the successful implementation of Kanban program throughout which re-defined and improved complete purchasing program.

4.Introduced Lean Manufacturing principles in all facets of the business unit eliminating duplication of efforts, re-defining value added projects resulting in set up reduction of high volume parts by 85%.
